Are you ready to let go of the bonds and chains that hold you back from being the best, husband, father, son, brother, uncle or grandfather you can be?
Did you know that men are 3 to 3.5 times more likely to commit suicide that women.
I’m not sure about you but as a man, I’ve found myself searching for something… I wasn’t sure what I was looking for but I knew that something was missing.
I have a beautiful wife, lovely kids and many people I can call my friends.
Yet something was missing.
Have you ever had this feeling before?
That’s what led to the creation of Growth Focused Man.
Over the past year, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting some amazing men who all share one common goal, a passion for growth in some area of their life.
These men were as different as they could, some sharing every emotion, some closed off, some were physically strong, some were not.
That led to a question that I couldn’t get out of my mind:
“What makes a man?” or better yet, “What does it take to be a man who is focused on growth?”
I decided to ask the very men whom I respect that question.
The stories in the Growth Focused Man Show are the result of those interviews with these men.
There are many men I would still love to talk to and plan on adding their stories each week, through new episodes.
The one thing I knew was that these men would be focused on growth in the most important areas of life.
Personal Growth – They know that there is something better they can get out of their lives regardless of where they started.
Professional Growth – They are focused on becoming the best that they can in their chosen career, business, professional endeavours.
Spiritual Growth – They know that there is a power greater than them at work in the work, regardless of their religious beliefs.
It’s not unusual for men to experience growth in one or two areas of life.
What I’ve found is that when you add the spiritual aspect, keeping in mind that we may all have different religious and or spiritual beliefs, something amazing happens.
I hope you’ll explore the site, listen to some of the interviews and read some of the articles that we’ve posted.
The goal of this website is simple: Provide a community for men who are committed to growing personally, professionally and spiritually. Regardless of where you are in your growth journey, you can learn from others and be an inspiration to other men as well.
I look forward to being a part of your growth journey!!
